Description: Phase 4, open, non-randomised cohort study. The Comirnaty vaccine will be administered in two doses. Analyses of blood and saliva related to humoral and cellular response will be carried out. The occurrence of local or systematic reactogenicity, as well as AE/SAE/SUSAR will be evaluated. Samples included in the biobank include plasma, serum, and saliva from 540 patients from 4 different time points (day 0, 10, 21, 35) and matched PBMC from 270 patients.

Inclusion criteria: 5 groups of immunosuppressed individuals, including Primary Immunodeficiency, HIV, Hematopoietic Stem Cell transplantation/CAR-T, Solid Organ Transplantation and 1 healthy control group.
